These terms and conditions govern your use of the MEPSTOCK website and the purchase of any mechanical, electrical, and plumbing products from our store. By registering a trade account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

All prices listed on our website are shown in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. VAT will be calculated at the statutory rate and applied at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices, technical specifications, and product availability without prior notice. An order confirmation email signifies receipt of your request, but a formal contract of sale is only created upon the dispatch of goods from our fulfillment center.

All products supplied carry their standard manufacturer's warranty. MEPSTOCK acts as a distributor and passes these warranties directly to the buyer.

MEPSTOCK shall not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential damages, lost profits, or installation/labor delays caused by courier delays, out-of-stock items, or defective products. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of this agreement.
